I've been in the trucking business for 30 years and I'm sure most of you will agree with the following statement. Why is it that you can buy a $40,000 Lexus that comes equipped with a seat you sit "in", but purchase a $100,000 plus class 8 truck and all you get is a glorified air ride kitchen chair that you sit on. In 2001 I purchased my first Comfort Ride 5500 series and this is the best seat I have ever had. I have had back surgery and continued back problems which were greatly alleviated with the Comfort Ride seat. I mistakenly let it go with the truck when I traded it in on my 2005 Peterbilt. After 6 months I decided it was time to go back to Comfort Ride. I am anxiously awaiting my new 7500 series Comfort Ride seat. The best seat in the trucking industry! -Dan Barfknecht, Lakeville MN |

Great seat, thoughtfully engineered. With degenerative arthritis in my neck I needed a seat to be able to rest my head at a normal driving position. This seat has greatly reduced my neck pain. Also it's the first seat I've tried with a lumbar support that actually comes out far enough to meet my back. I'm driving more miles in a stretch with less fatigue.
